Marina partnership — Miami, Fort Lauderdale & South Florida
Biscayne Bay is under growing scrutiny, and what happens beneath your docks is now part of the conversation. Our robot captures what hand cleaning releases, reads the hull with AI before touching it, and documents every pass in an app. Your basin gains a record. Your members gain a better hull. And your divers keep the skilled work a robot will never do.
Why now
Water quality in the bay has become a public subject. Marinas are increasingly expected to account for what happens below the waterline, not only above it.
Antifouling only works while it touches the water. Within days, a film of vegetation covers it and it stops acting — so growth accelerates and the paint is blamed. Hand scraping then attacks the coating itself and releases its biocides into the basin. Neither is inevitable.
Stating that a hull was cleaned is no longer enough. Showing it — dated footage, a condition log, a traceable history — is where the industry is heading.
Owners choose marinas that look after the water their vessel sits in. Clear water has quietly become part of what a berth is worth.
How it actually works
The system reads the hull and shows the operator, in red, where fouling is densest. He steers there first, instead of running brushes uniformly over paint that does not need it. What is lifted is the first layer of vegetation — three to five millimeters — which puts the antifouling back in direct contact with the water. The coating starts working again, its service life is extended rather than shortened, and barnacle formation slows down markedly.
For your basin
Growth recovered on board. Coating untouched.
For your members
Antifouling reactivated, fuel saved, history documented.
For your records
A dated, per-vessel environmental trail.
Working alongside your divers
A drone grooms flat surfaces. It does not service propellers, shafts, anodes or running gear — and it is not meant to. That work stays where it belongs: with professional divers. Our Signature and Prestige memberships send one. What the robot takes on is the repetitive, environmentally sensitive part of the job — so the skilled hands are free for the work that actually requires them.
Propellers, shafts, anodes, through-hulls, inspections: the robot does not go there.
The tedious, low-value part of the dive disappears. What remains is the work that justifies a professional.
Where a marina already has trusted divers, we coordinate with them rather than displace them.
Partnership models
Every marina is run differently. Pick the structure that fits yours — terms are agreed together, in writing, before anything starts.
Model one
You introduce us to your members. We handle everything else — scheduling, service, billing, support.
Simplest to start. Nothing changes in your operations.
Model two · most flexible
Hull care becomes one of your marina’s own services, under your name. You define the conditions, we operate.
Preferred by marinas that guard their member relationship closely.
Model three
No commission at all. Instead, we become your reference method for hull grooming — a method that removes nothing from the paint and returns the growth to shore rather than to your basin.
For marinas whose priority is water quality, not revenue.
Commercial conditions, exclusivity and duration are discussed privately, case by case. Nothing is committed before you have seen us work.
Full transparency
We operate inside your marina — sometimes on your behalf, sometimes on our own — but always among your members. That makes transparency non-negotiable. Every partner marina receives private access to its own dashboard: what was done, on which vessel, and when. Nothing about our work at your docks is hidden from you.
Which vessel, which berth, which date, which service. Your docks, on one screen.
Hull condition, running gear, anodes. No edited version for the marina, no other version for the owner.
Whatever we owe you under the agreed model, itemized and dated. Available to you at any time, not once a year.
We do not solicit your members outside your marina, and we do not follow them elsewhere. They came to us through you.
Private access, one per marina, protected by credentials — opened the day the partnership begins.

Getting started
Half an hour on your docks. We look at your basin, your slip mix, and what your members actually need.
A handful of vessels, at no cost to you, so you see the method, the crew and the video reports before committing to anything.
You choose the model, we put it in writing, and your members get access. Rollout takes days, not months.
