Only what you enter yourself: your name, phone, email, marina and berth, vessel and length, membership of interest, preferred date and your message. Nothing more. We also use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read — only if you accept it in the banner shown on your first visit. No advertising trackers, no profiling, no data sold. You can refuse, or change your mind later by clearing your browser data for this site.
To answer your request, schedule your hull assessment, carry out the service and keep the condition log of your vessel. We also keep a record of each intervention for our own accounting.
We never sell your data, and we never pass it to advertisers. There are exactly two cases in which someone other than us sees it:
We work on the water of a marina, with its permission, among its members. When that marina is a HullDrone partner, it has access to a private record of the work carried out at its own docks: date, vessel, berth and service performed. It does not receive your phone number, your email address or your message. If you prefer that your vessel does not appear in that record, write to us and we will exclude it.
The site and its data are hosted by OVHcloud. They store the data on our behalf and do not use it for their own purposes.
When hull care is provided under the marina’s own name (a “white label” arrangement), the marina is your point of contact and we act on its instructions. Its own privacy policy then applies alongside ours.
Inquiries that do not lead to a service are deleted after 24 months. Records of work carried out are kept for 7 years, as required for accounting purposes. You may ask for deletion sooner, subject to those legal obligations.
You may at any time ask to see the data we hold about you, have it corrected, have it deleted, or ask that your vessel be excluded from the marina record. Write to concierge@hulldronemiami.com and we will answer within 30 days.
The site runs over HTTPS. Inquiry records are stored outside the public web directory and are not reachable from the internet. Partner marina access is protected by individual credentials, and each marina sees only the work carried out at its own docks.
